The St. Savas Field vineyard spans across the slopes of Mount Athos up until the Aegean Sea. Within the 17 hectares of vineyards, selections of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon are produced.

The microclimate of Mount Athos with its cold nights and mild warm days contributes to the ideal maturity of the vineyards.
