Ripe cherries, blackcurrants, perfumed spices & elegant notes of leather make up the wonderful aromas of this wine. More red cherries, rosemary & liquorice on the palate all in harmony with a refreshing acidity and salinity we get from our vineyards by the sea!

Ripe plums, dried figs, cinnamon & a hint of leather on the nose. Dense, luscious, juicy palate full of ripe red fruits balanced out by a refreshing acidity.

Aromas reminiscent of wild strawberries, gooseberries & sea-breeze. Ripe lemon, melon and more strawberries dominate the juicy & textural palate with a gentle salinity on the finish.

Bright ruby-red color, with intense and complex aromas of ripe pomegranate, sour che­rries and herbs. Well-structured and balanced in the mouth with elegant tannins and a long aftertaste. By tradition the Hilandar monks dry the grapes to concentrate their natural su­gars and aromas, giving wonderful flavors of blackberry jam and dried figs.
