Every August, the monks of Hilandar gather to bless the vineyard before hand-picking indigenous and classic varietals, which are then naturally pressed to produce the monastery's renowned wines.
Harvest
Τhe grapes are collected by hand with devotion by the holy fathers of the Monastery while the vinification and bottling procedure is carried out in the winery of the Holy Monastery of Hilandar.
